Comprehensive Training Program

The Comprehensive Therapy Program is the ideal option if you’re starting completely from scratch – And by that we mean, no previous Pilates Training. This is a sure-fire way to integrate the therapy directly into the Pilates method on both mat work and equipment.

This program will qualify you to become a Mat Work Pilates Teacher, Equipment Pilates Teacher and the most notorious title, Pilates Therapist.

Mat Work

The Mat Work training is held over 2 locations, Dorset and Nottingham.

If you enrol at our Nottingham location, we hold 12 days of learning the mat work repertoire. Our Dorset location holds 1.5-hour sessions on a Wednesday evening. This runs as a continual slot so if you’d like to keep attending after you’ve learned the mat work, you can do so! We learn both the classical and contemporary methods to the Pilates Mat Work exercises, and over the course of your sessions, we aim to break the exercises down so that you’re able to modify any exercise for any client depending on their ability!

Equipment

We’ll take you through all of the repertoires right from the Essential to Intermediate and onto the Advanced on all of the apparatus which includes the Cadillac, Reformer, Arc and Ladder Barrel and the Wunda Chair.

The equipment training consists of 22 days held over weekends at our Dorset location.

Therapy

Our Therapy modules consist of 9 modules held over 11 days. These are also held over weekends with dates continually being added.

Our therapy modules run from Dorset, Nottingham and some selected modules are now also run online via Zoom. Our Touch, Massage and Trigger Point and the Twenty Touches module are exempt from remote access since they are very hands-on experiences.
